6. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: Accepted within 2 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error from our side.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product has been inspected and verified.

Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.

Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, especially for customized products.
